Oncology Drug PD Studies

In pursuit of effective cancer treatments, our team of professionals conducts rigorous in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy of anti-cancer drugs. We utilize a variety of tumor model, including xenograft model and in situ model, to evaluate drug response, tumor growth inhibition, metastasis prevention, and impact on overall survival.

  • Types of drugs that can be evaluated: Chemically synthesized drugs, genetically engineered products, gene therapy drugs, antibody drugs, cell therapy products, natural drugs, and herbal extracts.
  • In vivo optical imaging system in living animals: The effect of drugs on tumor generation, growth and metastasis in animals; the absorption, distribution, and metabolism of antibodies and other biomolecules in animals.
  • Preclinical PD experiments for new drug declaration: By the latest guidelines for new drug declaration, we complete the PD evaluation of preclinical anticancer drugs, and organize and complete all the declaration information.
